They said the machine I had must have a fault and they sent me out a brand new (I didn’t even need to send them the faulty one back!), the replacement works a treat and dues not stall, although it does struggle with my largest dildos, but they are big. I’m going to have to give this machine an OK rating. Why? Well 2 machines, which I actually thought were broke. Turns out it’s just not good enough for me.
