FAQs about delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email which includes the tracking number and a link to the website where you can track it. If you would like an order update, track your order here.

We provide discreet delivery in secure plain brown boxes with no mention of sex machines on the packaging, so nobody need know what’s inside. See what they look like here.

We work with a variety of reputable delivery service partners. You will be notified which courier will deliver your parcel once you have placed your order and it has been dispatched. Read more about our delivery services here.

You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email, but if your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us.

If your order has already been processed by our warehouse team, we will be unable to cancel it.
